Workshops -- OVERVIEW
jonsson offers a series of workshops designed to revive and
reinvigorate your imagination. The workshops are offered on five levels
according to your level of artistic ability. Whether you are just beginning to
explore your artistic abilities or you are a seasoned professional, provided you
have a proven commitment and dedication to creating art, you'll find the one
particular level that is right for you. While you may think that
painting paintings is about talent (i.e. either you have it or you don't) you'll
quickly find that painting is a matter of two things: !) skill and
2) your thought process. These workshops will help you greatly improve your
skill level. Once mastered, you will always have them at your disposal. You'll
learn to paint what you've imagined directly from memory.
For over 25 years Jonsson has created paintings, drawings, trompe l'oeil and murals directly and entirely from imagination.
Entirely from imagination. What does this mean? Essentially these imagined
realities exist only as a result of them being painted. They describe memories
come back to life, or future realities about to come into exisitence. You can

schedule of workshop dates is found within each level description below.

Level 2 - - I demonstrate modest ability/proficiency in Painting, Drawing, etc.
Level 3 -- - I demonstrate excellent proficiency, but I'm not a practicing artist.
Level 4 - - I am a practicing artist although I do not do so professionally.
Level 5 - - I am currently a practising, professional artist.
